Whether or not you agree with your political opponent, decorum is the glue that holds civility together. It's not a line that should ever have been crossed by either party. The guy who yelled "You lie" at Obama's SOTU should not have done that. Pelosi completely dispensed with any norms. She'd been beaten and put at a disadvantage. She'd been humiliated. She used this gesture to declare war. That's what it is. And I don't think she is going to like the outcome of her petulance.

She hasn't been beaten. We all knew the Senate would be too afraid to step up and do the right thing against this petty demagogue. But she accomplished what she set out to do--she made sure this president was impeached. He will go down in history as only the third president to ever carry that indelible stain on his presidency.
As for childish, petulant behavior, how any Trump supporter could denigrate anyone on the planet for that with a straight face is just hilarious and shows how completely lacking in self awareness they are.
Without pejoratives, we can all acknowledge Mr Limbaugh is partisan. Yet, there is no doubt that Mr Limbaugh is a real pioneer, possibly even the father of a new - in the late 1980s - communications genre, Talk Radio. It has had a momentous impact, so much so, that progressive liberals even gave it a national try, the late Air America. Ms Maddow is the last man standing from that failed nationalization of the medium.
Other pioneers, fathers and mothers in their respective fields have been thusly honored, though President Donald J. and First Lady Melania Trump did pioneer the use of the reward as part of the SOTU speech.

Pelosi tore up the speech in which several people were honored. She then stated that she couldn't find any truth in said speech. This means that either a) she disagreed with every single one of these honors or b) her tearing up the speech was a knee-jerk reaction and her explanation was not thought out. Considering that she reportedly pre-ripped the speech in order to make it easier to tear at the end, (b) is not the answer.
The video clarifies for people that Pelosi cares nothing for the people who were honored. Is it edited in order to do so? Yep, it sure is, as other campaign ads and videos have been edited since the advent of visual media.
And yes, she is pissin and moanin about the video. She realized after the fact that she just supplied the Republicans with a gift that will keep on giving. The fact that she is the leader of the House Democrats and can't manage to keep her emotions under control enough to act like an adult should be a wakeup call for every hardline Democrat out there but instead, we have people trying to cover for her. Whether she ripped up the speech before, during, or after the event has no bearing on the fact that she tore up the speech. There is no way to shine a positive light on that action.
Did she stand and applaud each of the persons being honored?
Yes. So that means that Pelosi does care for for the people who were honored.
The video doesn't clarify anything, since it dishonestly portrays her not giving the Tuskegee airman a standing ovation. Dishonesty NEVER clarifies anything.
Do I think she should have behaved the way she did? No, I don't. But do I think the video of what she did should have been DOCTORED to distort what she did? No, I don't. But you do.
So you think people are too stupid to realize that Pelosi didn't tear up the same speech five times? Please. Her gesture was a repudiation of the ENTIRE speech and using the video as a political ad is sheer genius. She doesn't want anything good highlighted about America when Trump is in charge and she was sitting behind him during the SOTU mumbling to herself and rolling her eyes like a mental patient. She ripped up the speech. She screwed up. She deserves the consequences of her actions.
Every political ad is DOCTORED. If FB/Twitter takes this one down, they will have to take them all down. That's why they won't.
I bet we won't find any posts of you complaining about Schiff's doctored narrative between the Trump and Zelensky phone call that he read into the official record.

I think dishonesty is wrong. I think misinformation is wrong. And I don't care which side is guilty of the dishonesty. Dishonesty is wrong.
Oh, I think the juxtaposition of all of a President honoring citizens of various ages, sexes, races, occupations, contrasts nicely with the pursed lip. venomous ripping apart the very words of a President of The United States,

Speaker Pelosi really is small. It is easy to see over the past three years that the President has gotten the best of her.
