Dwayne Wade had to speak out against hate his son received online for wearing a crop top and long nails in a picture posted online.

I have always liked how Dwayne Wade has carried himself as an athlete/person. It seems like he handled this well. Admittedly, the way the gender lines are starting to be blurred, especially at young ages, has been a pretty big culture shock for me. But ultimately, it is his child, and I respect him standing up for his son.

I would like to think the attacks are more related to culture shock and not personal attacks on Dwayne or his son.

People have to accept that we are living in different times, and that is admittedly, not always easy to accept.

He's in the picture. The one the lady in yellow is leaning on, with the white nails and short shirt, is their son.

Not sure if you are being facetious or not. The son is in the picture (dressed like a girl; the one with a crop top and long nails).

This picture of his son is what sparked a slew of online comments.

I always think that people who have to make hateful comments must have small lives.


I can't think of any family picture that would compel me to make any comment, let alone spew hate.

Nice looking family, and I adore Gabrielle Union, she always seems like a down to earth, cool chick.
