Well, if someone gets caught lying to Congress, then they go to jail. The law's the law. Aren't conservatives supposed to be all about law and order. Stone's hardly an exemplar of that.

Well, then McCabe, Comey, Brennan, Clapper, and others should be there, too.

Why would that info affect the elections unless it exposed dubious dealings by the other party?

FWIW, the Russians had nothing to do with the hack...it was Seth Rich...the data transfer rates were too high for anything but a device such as a USB drive that was connected directly to the computer.

Besides, even if it was the Russians, at least it was real information...Hillary paid the Russians to make stuff up on Trump....but that okay, right?

Did you really just call Barr a “Deep Staterâ€, that is rather incredible.

"WASHINGTON (AP) -- Federal prosecutors ask judge to sentence Trump confidant Roger Stone to serve between 7 and 9 years in prison."

One can only imagine what "Individual #1" might be awarded if he ever has to face the music.
Yet another could, if, maybe, etc. thread.

And don't forget Dianne Feinstein who had a Chinese spy as a driver. So it's not ok when it's Russia but ok when it's China? Is it a double-standard?

Exposing personal emails can have no impact on elections?

Crowdstrike says differently as do the intelligence agencies, Stone's defense team had the opportunity to defend him.

I'd say anyone who has a tattoo of Nixon on his back should have pled not guilty by reason of mental defect.

They resigned from the case because their superiors over ruled them on sentencing, they only found out about it after Fox New announced the lighter sentence. I would expect most could understand the resignations after hearing the decision second hand.

Trump should not be commenting on sentencing by the DOJ, it sure looks like he put pressure on the leadership, one of the decision makers was only in charge for a week.
