None of that is true.

And neither is half the trash about sentencing being posted here.

The law is specific. Penalties are laid down for each charge. The prosecutors asked for exactly what the law required.

They got vetoed by their boss, who serves at the pleasure of his boss.

Amazing that it is now OK for the President to dictate sentences the DOJ pursues with criminals. Yet another step towards a full on dictatorship, violating the constitutional separations our founders intended. Yet, the GOP laps it up. Banana republic.

Maybe you don't believe it because your dear leader told you it was a hoax and you think he always tells the truth.
He got Wikileaks to do nothing of the sort. Wikileaks already tweeted the dump was coming.

Nothing says justice, like a 9 years sentence, for lying to your sworn enemies.

Looks like the Prosecutors skipped town. Why quit the DOJ and lose your pension?

Trump can't dictate anything. Judge Jackson will sentence Stone exactly as she had already determined.

Barr, in the meantime, is facing an investigation of why the sentencing request was changed in the first place. He could be the next one slated for impeachment.

Whether he did or not is debatable. His intent to do so, however, is quite clear, and is against the law.
