I have to wonder-why isn't the DOJ going after him on federal hate-crime charges?
I thought the most serious federal charge was going to be him sending himself a seemingly dangerous powder to his workplace...I figured that would burn him down.
He belongs in prison along with that DA that left him get off against the wishes of the police. He faked a crime for his own gain and at the very least should have to reimburse the city of Chicago for the costs of the investigation. And that would be on top of receiving a fine and having to do community service and to take sensitivity training.
Not really. He faked the crime for Kamala Harris' gain. He was tight with her and she had an anti lynching bill.

I am not so sure Judge Nap is right on this one. If a jury doesn't convict, or the plead it out, THEN they obviously can't charge him again. As I recall, they dropped the charges without prejudice?
You have a Far, Left Progressive, Black, Lesbian Mayor. It doesn't get more Communist and Anti American as that. You also have a power structure in place that mirrors that thought and hates Trump. They think what Jussie did was fine as long as it advances the anti Trump agenda.
