It appears to be my kind of place, because right at the top, in very large letters and a fancy font, it says
"FAKE NEWS FACT-CHECKERS

Even with my poor eyesight, I was able to make it out. I could even make out the footer as well -
"Copyright 1776 - 2906 - Paid Liberal Trolls of America"

SSI is Supplemental Security Income, which is not even the same thing as Social Security.
It is a joint State/federal program. There is no connection between SSI and OASI/OADI, but there is a connection between SSI and SSA, since it is the Social Security Administration that prints the checks, but that's all SSA does.
It would probably help immensely if you knew what you were talking about.
Here's the rub: Obviously the OP got this from some other source spreading it as news (if he/she were just browsing satire sites, presumably he/she would have known it was satire). What are the chances that the OP goes back to that source and corrects the record by letting everyone know that Nancy Pelosi didn't really do this?
