Evidently his employer cares. The reporter has been suspended and will be reassigned from political coverage when he returns.
Project Veritas has a reputation of creating fake news. Even this one seems obviously fake. They put a guys picture on a corner of a video, and then there is a voice saying things. The goal is to make it look like the guy in the picture is saying those things. They do things the Soviet style, and its likely they are linked to Moscow.
