I read that Mayor Pete got protested the other day by a group of LGBTQIA people during one of his speeches. The "I" is apparently for "Intersex" (whatever that is) and the "A" is for "Asexual". Is this the new politically correct term ? Why do people who resent being branded for their sexuality keep branding themselves for their sexuality. I guess I just don't get it. Just go live your life.
I think the aggregation of the sexuality and gender challenged has been a detriment to their cause. They are ALL different and have different issues. Why lump them all into one group? Just for political clout? I think that does each of them a disservice.
I teach and in one of my PE classes I have a student that now feels that she is no longer a she and is a he.. Ok, whatever and I am fine with it... Until one day in class when having a problem with most of the guys, I yell " since the guys can't act like high schoolers, they all have two laps around the track"... I turn to this student and tell him to start running, which I get a reply of "You said guys, I am a girl"..... LOL
