I wonder if they were talking about more of the metaphorical death related to Christianity and not being saved. It is hard to understand the context of this quote with only a small snippet. Anyways, I don't buy into religion and will condemn anyone who advocates the killing of gays. The people who believe that gays should die should be mocked and ridiculed. I just can't stand small snippets that may have been taken out of context, all to create some reactionary news story, slow news week huh.
Yet, many Christians take what the Old Testament says about homosexuality much, much more seriously than what it says about adultery. Many Christians like to pick and choose what they want to take seriously in the bible.
The same can be said about so-called progressives when it comes to pick-n-choose the outrage du jour.
Twice as many people follow Farrakhan. Yet liberals will tell me that he has very little influence in promoting antisemitic attitudes. Tell me, then, how a magazine with HALF as many followers is "very influential"?

In our country - all citizens have a right to run for office -if elected or not, it’s up to the people. Grow up people it’s 2020- equality for all. As far as evangelicals, I have 0 issue with your faith in God, but with out love - ain’t got jack!
