Hopefully this goes into effect, at least family can sue the next time an illegal that was released under sanctuary city policy injures rapes or murders another citizen.
This is why voters need to turn the House Republican, so this bill will pass.

It may not be state/county/city law enforcers' job to enforce immigration laws but it IS their best interest to assist ICE and hand them over the Illegal Aliens since it IS the job of the local law enforcers to keep their local Citizens and city safe whether the criminal is Legal Alien Resident, Citizen AND/OR Illegal Aliens.

Instead of local law enforcers criminalizing Legal Residents/Citizens with frivolous tickets, why not just work with ICE in getting these Illegals, whether they committed additional crime or not, out of their cities/state and do what the legal taxpayers and Citizens hired them to do and that is to keep the city/state safe with taxpayers dollars. How is it safe to release these criminal Illegals back into the street only to commit more crimes.

Too bad, we're paying these law enforcers, via tax dollars, to protect the lawbreakers and not the law abiding residents. Any Federally funding for these sanctuary city/state needs to stop.

We live amongst a lot of immigrants out here and many are illegal, it is not worth the anger and racial animosity to stop them on the street. We don't need to create more hate. To me that is what the Sheriff is saying with:

The Sheriff is a virtue signal POS, but it's San Frans#!thole so there is that. Illegal is illegal not hard to figure out. As for sanctuary cities and the their supporters, they're like the Sheriff.
