Mayor Pete is right, Fox and the conservatives thought Zimmerman was a white guy. It had already went viral in the right wing noise machine so by the time they realized, it was too late. I think that is why they so fiercely defend Zimmerman no matter what he does.

Did you know that Martin attacked Zimmerman? Zimmerman had LOST SIGHT of Martin. Martin circled back and ATTACKED. And that's what the evidence showed, which is why Zimmerman was found not guilty. It was why the police released him the night it happened.

I was unaware that Trayvon was selling guns. If that is in fact true, then he should have been arrested. NOT murdered.

after Zimmerman failed to follow the dispatchers orders and put himself in a position, if every single thing he said is true, he still killed a kid that should be alive today. Transcripts or videos really dont change that fact.

No, he doesn't. That's quite an imagination you have. The fact that you might need a gun to defend yourself against a thug who is trying to kill you isn't what the anti-gun crowd wants to hear.

You have that exactly backward. The "right wing noise machine" never claimed or thought he was white. Instead, the claim he was white went viral in the left-wing media (after the cops called him white in the police report) as part of the following narrative:
1. Zimmerman is white.
2. Zimmerman murdered Martin.
3. Whites are collectively guilty for the crime.
All three of those things are bogus claims, but you are right that #3 was the reason that white people found it important to publicize the fact that nos. 1 and 2 were false.
Of course, you are wrong to suggest that there is any reason to suspect Zimmerman murdered Martin or did anything wrong at all. He clearly acted in self-defense. and even if the media had not presented him as white I still would not want him to be convicted of a crime he did not commit.
