Street people have no money, they get no mental health care. So um...is Trump planning to arrange a lot of charities? Maybe a 5k run for the homeless?

Trump is an agent of the State. He has no interest in helping anyone.

“ They” have no authority to get rid of the mayor, chief of police or governor.

But let’s assume for a moment “ they” could, then what?

This issue is very much tied in with the mass-shooting discussions.

Mental Health is a HUGE problem in this country.

We have the money and resources to make the necessary changes to fix a large percentage of these. But it will take us expanding our socialist programs to cover health care costs, specifically mental health.

Now, as a country that claims to be made up of Christian Values, that shouldn't be an issue. But as a country filled with people who worship the almighty dollar, I don't know if we have the balls to make those changes.

Hopefully Trump does.

I guess we'll see.

Being homeless is a very traumatic experience. If a homeless person didn't have mental health issues before they became homeless then the person will often have issues develop while he/she is out there.

The reason Reagan got closed down inpatient care facilities was they were very expesive and low/no profit.
Homelessness and drug addiction and mass murders are just a few of the unintended consequences.

How many mass shooters were homeless people?

Use existing government lands and facilities to house them. Have those on welfare, food stamps, and other government giveaway programs work there to keep them clean and disease free.

I have no idea.
I never claimed any of them were.

I said that they are tied together because of the common link of mental health issues. If we fix the mental health problem in this country we can realistically eliminate a large percentage of homelessness and mass shootings.

Why does it matter how many were homeless?
