Conditions at most Border Patrol facilities in Arizona are punitive and unconstitutional, a U.S. judge in Arizona said Wednesday while ruling in favor of migrants who have long-complained about inhumane and unsanitary conditions in holding cells.
The order makes permanent a preliminary injunction that U.S. District Court Judge David C. Bury issued in 2016 requiring the Tucson Sector to provide clean mats and thin blankets to migrants held for longer than 12 hours and to allow them to clean themselves.
Ruling strikes directly at the democrat legislators who refuse to rectify the situation and willingly advocate inhumane conditions to support their political narrative.

What do you mean by "migrant"? Are they awaiting asylum hearings after being caught crossing illegally? (That would make them illegal aliens.) In any event, I thought they were supposed wait on the Mexican side until their hearing dates. Why don't we just bus them back over the border?
Arrest the people that hire them, they would deport themselves.
Then you are assuming that they are all here to work? Do you think criminals and terrorists are looking for work? Unless, we deny their kids our birthright citizenship they will still come for the benefits they will get through them. The total solution is e-verify (punishing the employers), ending birthright citizenship and benefits, going after sanctuary cities, continue with internal enforcement for all illegals aliens not just those convicted of a crime and the wall. It's not a one size fits all.
everify is great. If you dont like people being born here being citizens change the law.
Right now they are. I thinki I agree with everything you said. Although I dont know what you mean by "go after" sanctuary cities. The wall is not effective, just red meat for the base.
But anyway, I think we should have always followed our immigration laws.

So true. Liberals paint all illegal aliens as industrious people who make the trek for purposes of a job. That is FAR from the case. And the fact is that the very worst of them are the ones who do NOT have an illegally-gained job: they are the gang members and other lowlifes. How will fining employers help us get rid of THEM?
Just deport these ILLEGAL ALIENS. They're not "migrants" as "migrants" insinuate Immigration which is a legal process, requiring documentation and approval. They are here illegally and don't belong in the U.S. Bye!
These moronic liberals on this site can’t even speak clear English. Maybe it’s brain damage, who knows?
