A far-right 'terrorist' who shot nine people dead in an attack on two shisha bars in Germany before killing his mother and then himself was a far-right conspiracy theorist who was obsessed by aliens, mind control, Satanic sacrifice and government surveillance.
Tobias Rathjen, 43, detailed his extremist views in a 24-page manifesto posted to a now-deleted website in which he vowed to wipe out entire countries including Israel, most of the Middle East, some Asian nations, North Africa, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Germans who he considered to be 'impure' ...
Among other things, this demonstrates that:
1. Mentally ill people are attracted to right wing views
2. Mentally ill people are attracted to conspiracy theories
Seems to fit my view that people who are attracted to conspiracy theories tend to be mentally ill. This would be an extreme case of that.
No no, he said the police provide an OFFICIAL statement....not an on going investigation statement....
Where is the official statement that the German prosecutors said this without a shadow of a doubt a far right "right-wing extremist."....an official statement....not news report...the German prosecutors.... just as netrual stated....
Do you know any German?
I remind you that the forum rules state that conversation is to be in English. I'm sure there are probably some official statements from the police of this jurisdiction, but they will likely be in German. So we are more or less forced to use media sources.

Stop and frisk also worked in London. When Boris was mayor, knife crimes dropped. When Sadiq Khan arrived, on a pledge to end "racially discriminatory policies", knife crime has shot up.
And the first victims of knife crime are other racial minorities. Safe from the man, in danger from each other. And yet the focus is always on this lie that minorities in the west are in danger from white people, white supremacy or the government.
Statistically, they are not. But what was it that AOC said? Something about you don't have to be factually correct to be morally correct, or something?
Stop and frisk worked well but we can't be racially profiling.
I don't know if the police were racially profiling, but as most crimes occur in Black neighborhoods, or neighborhoods with a large minority population, of course that's where police focus. It is merely a statistical fact.
However, Stop and Frisk violates Probable Cause, and opens up Police to violate everyone's rights. What's next? Illegal entry into your home without a warrant? I'm sure the Police would just love that.
Maybe we can all just admit that this was racially motivated.

German media reported that the likely killer was Tobias R, a 43-year-old German who left a letter claiming responsibility for the attacks. On his personal website the suspect had earlier published several documents and a video that made plain his racist ideology and murderous fantasies.

When the police shift resources to "non-black" neighborhoods, they are declared racist.
When the crack epidemic hit, black leaders lobbied for increased sentencing and a crack down on crack, under the theory that white police didn't care about them.
They got what they wanted.
Fast forward to 2000s, and now those same policies (which black leaders fought for) are evidence of white supremacy and systemic and institutional racism with adverse affects on black community. The former black leaders now get to distance themselves from their former positions, and fight for the cause of policing liberalization.
As if the rightists in this forum never post duplicate threads.
I didn't see other threads about this when I opened it.
