Over 20 bullets fired. Likely either a 9mm or an AR 15. This reminds me of the recent shooting in downtown Seattle, yet we could not get a limit on high weapons style clips passed this year in our state legislature.
The two women shown in the video should definitely consider joining Shannon Watts and 'Moms demand action.'

What is this obsession about smaller clips??? I'm not a gun guy, but my understanding is that for some guns you could swap out a clip in less than two seconds.
So, you drop down the clip size and the thug just brings more clips to the round of thuggery.
What the hell does it really fix?? People are fighting for smaller clips like it's the silver bullet to solve mass shootings, no pun intended here.

30 rounds versus 100 rounds. ~7 lbs versus ~24 lbs.

You could restrict the number of clips that people can buy. Why does anyone need to buy more than, say, one clip per year? You could also mandate that manufacturers make clips that wear out after a certain period of time.

You would also have to recall all existing clips. Of course that is not enforceable since no one knows where they are. Then there is the fact that you do not even need clips to rapidly fire a gun. Oh, and are you going to recall speed loaders too? After you do all that, what will you do about the fact the bad guy had five guns?
i still think it would be a lot easier and more practical to just make it illegal to kill people.
