I cannot find the list of 500 names and what their specialities are.
I see only one name Dr. Waheed Uddin is a professor of civil engineering at University of Mississippi, he was a pavement expert at the UN. I would bet there is some Koch money in his background. I can imagine the fields of expertise of the rest. Another reason not to avoid publications like the Washington Times.
One of the main points “Global warming has not increased natural disasters”, this is one funny bunch.

That is the reason i pointed out the list of names and dropped it. In my profession, when I critique a study to decide how much wight I give the findings is I do look at who did it and their credentials. I would give zero weight to someone with an "honorary" title. probably some allied professions. but this is politics trying to argue with science. Why?

Meanwhile in the real world, Antarctica is breaking heat records.
The poles are actually warming faster than predicted with Antarctica warming 3 degrees over the last century, just set a record of 64.9 deg F.
I saw a special with a scientific team doing research in the Antarctica and the water temperature below the ice mass is above freezing and will destabilize rapidly. Antarctica contains 80% of the worlds fresh water just as a reference of magnitude.
