Listen I know this is mostly a US-based forum where everyone tears shreds out of each other but there's a story that's been occuring in Australia over the last few days.
To cut a long story short there's a kid who is a dwarf whose mother posted a video of him in tears asking for a rope or knife to kill himself because he was being bullied.
It went viral.
Australia opened its heart.
Take a break from Trump,Biden,Sanders and Bloomberg for a moment.
And just celebrate the goodness and spirit of the average Joe.
We really are decent people when we put our minds to it.

I read the article on Yahoo and felt really bad for the kid but I can't believe what he faces at least in public is any different than what someone with dwarfism faces here. There are ignorant people everywhere but my friends who lived in Australia for 4 yrs found people there to be much more accepting of others than those in the US.
With everyone wanting their 15 minutes of fame and the online accts set up to help these people - I wonder how much of anything is true anymore.

This family seems to have done this a number of times in the last 5 years.
I don't know if it's a scam or not, I would just tell people to look into this one a little more.
You " despise " the mother of a child who suffers from dwarfism.
