The effects of tariffs are higher prices and lower employment. The scale of the damage is the only thing under debate.

You can argue the trade war is needed to get China to open markets and stop utilizing unfair trade policies but please don’t ignore the costs of the tariffs. Tariffs have lowered employment and raised prices.

Realistically he would crash the economy, jack up taxes, appoint awful anti-liberty judges, and completely open the borders to make the illegal immigration problem that much worse.

There's a lot that he couldn't do that he's promising, but those things he could and would do.

Not in the way people think. It will be what unites Congress, both parties, in paring down the powers of the Executive Branch back to what they need to be.

If one man becoming president can tip the country into communism or whatever other unfavorable state, we've got a flawed system that's destined to fail anyway. Much like communism.

Less jobs, higher prices! Winning!!
Forbes. haha Even worse. I know better than listening to grocery store rags. They all said that Clinton would be President. The bigger question is this. Why do you still believe those liars without thought or question?

Unemployment is at historic lows, wages are at historic highs, everyone is working that wants to work. Yet you read a grocery store tabloid and then come here and tell us it's gloom & doom and that it's "true".

And to the topic at hand. Those tariffs are working. Bernie won't touch them if he gets elected.

Incorrect. It's you trying to make it a debate and you've failed at that.

Do the Bernie supporters realize that he is pushing for a 52% tax in order to be able to give us all the free stuff he has pledged?

The thing is Bernie could be another Jimmy Carter, he meant well but his policies were poor but the Lefty media would sing his praises as we march towards the cliff.
This is all theater and smoke and mirrors to rile up the masses.
Bernie will do no such thing because he has no power to do that.
Obama and Clinton were touted as being the heads of the free **** army if they got in.

You had people saying Obama is going to buy me a house and those same people are still living in a crackhouse.

In reality, Obama stood by and did nothing when protesters stormed wall street to stop the bail outs and corruption, and Hillary attends 30,000 dollar plate dinners to the finance sectors biggest hotshots and on secret recordings, tells them to ignore the rheteroric against them because it all theater for the masses.

If Bernie, gets in, not a dam thing will change other than more theater between the braindead cheerleaders on both sides.

If Trump screwed you on SALT, meaning you are higher net worth, you should be terrified at what Bernie would do.

You know democrats would give Bernie everything he wants if they take the house and senate. The establishment left is afraid to confront his policies due to retaliation from Bernie bro’s and the deranged left. Trump is the only hope to stop him now

That's pretty much what every president does.

Well the current one hasn't yet done any of that, at least yet.

Nonsense, the fed will just print more free dollars to prop up the finance sector like they have been doing for the past 15 years. More welfare for the leeches on Wall Street.
