While I agree with their strict policy regarding immigration, it won't eliminate the risk of the disease spreading in these nations. I would be more than willing to bet that they will end up with some cases of the coronavirus.

Some of the projects I have worked on in the past involved AI modeling of disease vectors.
We already missed our window to contain coronavirus as our primary hope was containing it in first world countries that have the resources to deal with it before it spread to 3rd world countries.
With its presence in South Korea meaning it is highly likely to eventually be present in North Korea as well, and its presence in Iran already, it will be basically impossible to fully stop at this point because it will continue to incubate in countries that do not have the resources to effectively fight and contain it.
No amount of border control will stop it. An effective vaccine is the remaining solution.
