Scientists are not going to publish every single bit of research they do all the time and make it public in real time. This is not a deliberate attempt to hide or misrepresent.

But, it took John Hopkins to look into the CDC's own numbers and discover that as of the end of June 2021, not a single child under 18 has died from covid that did not already have a major health problem, such as cancer. Not ONE...

Only 335 kids died total (as of the time of the study), and yea that is horrible. But each of them had an underlying health issue. EACH of them.
That does not justify sticking the needle into EVERY youth in America. EVERY one of them - with experimental technology.
Scaring all the parents in the United States with the fear porn on the news day in and day out - every hour of the day! I can guarantee to you that over 98% of those parents have never been told this information even today...

Vaccinating children and teens is not so much to prevent them from dying as it is to protect them from other impacts. For instance, kids can be sent home from school if they are exposed to someone else with the disease, disrupting their schooling. Also kids do get long-haul COVID, even though they (as you point out) rarely die from the condition.
You also have other options. If you are bothered by Pfizer's contracts then get Moderna or J&J. No one says you must have Pfizer.

What are you talking about. Now you say vaccinating teens is not to prevent them from dying but to protect them from other impacts? What does that mean. The whole point of a vaccination is to prevent the disease your being vaccinated against, if the vaccine cannot achieve that then it's failed.

And automakers also keep their engineering materials proprietary, even when it means not disclosing safety concerns to the public, and even if thousands of vehicles have to be recalled because people are getting killed or injured as a result of faulty controls and switches. They still do not release their engineering documents to the media or disclose them to the public.

I specifically mentioned long-haul COVID. We would naturally assume that if the vaccines prevent symptomatic COVID then they prevent long-haul COVID.
The clinical trial data do show the vaccine to be effective in the teens, which is why the EUA was extended to them.
