I got it - you do this on purpose. I got it now.
We are not sucking it into our bodies (apart from the exhaust fumes) but we are just as dependent on cars to be safe as we are on pharmaceuticals to be safe. In both cases a failure could mean injury or death. So it doesn't really seem that's a relevant difference. Your body is at stake in both cases.

The clinical trial data do show the vaccine to be effective in the teens, which is why the EUA was extended to them.
They don’t prevent long haul covid - they don’t even prevent infections.

A lot of parents would pull their kids out of school if they did not trust the protocols. So letting the virus run wild would not solve the problem, because parents would be pulling their kids out of school.

Nearly 3% of medical workers in a new Israeli study contracted COVID-19 even though they were vaccinated, and 19% of them still had symptoms six weeks later.

No actually the vaccine is NOT preventing someone from getting Covid-19 in fact, more and more we're hearing of break-through cases with those whom are vaccinated.

The word "prevent" is customarily used in cases even if it is not 100% effective. Same with other vaccines.

It's not 100% effective, but many infections are still prevented.
