How embarrassing for him that he couldn't single handedly pass laws as a member of congress.

Excellent point. We don't need more laws that only restrict us more. We need to start deleting laws off the books. The system is designed for gridlock. We need to have sunsets on all laws, and term limits on all politicians.

LOL, you can't make this stuff up. I mean, we all know Congress is incompetent and career politicians are worthless, but this record is laughable!

What Sanders Really Got Done in 29 Years in Congress

He screeched and ranted a lot and made socialists look like idiots.

He bought himself 3 houses and made himself a millionaire.

He didn't do much, but took a bunch a salary and made himself wealthy. Typical...

Word has it that he also managed to get himself reelected 8 times too even though he actually accomplished absolutely nothing. Hahaha, just like Pelosi.

A millionaire these days isn't enough to even keep a couple in a decent retirement.

Yet you seem jealous???

If you don't have a couple million by the time you are in your 70's you or your family are going to be at the Mercy of the system.

One Million.......say that 400K of that is equity in the houses. That leaves 600K in savings and IRA. Investing it at "Trump Rates" of 4 or 5% per year means you will make 25K or so before taxes...plus SS and Medicare.

The cost of assisted living for a couple starts at about 100K per year.

You better start saving. If you aren't a millionaire these days at 70 you better have some very friendly family or a "way out".

Ridiculous statement. Cut down your costs, quit trying to live like a king, and you'll do just fine. $400,000 house, LOL! Sure, some of it depends on where you live, but $400k is a huge number.
