Quite dunning don't you think?
You will have to give a link for this statement. I guess you are quite nervous now that Joe Biden is doing so well, and Trump looks like a demented idiot with his crazy inaccurate comments about the Corona virus.

Sure, the fractured state of the current Republican party. Oh how I long for the level headed people on both sides to come out of hiding.

More fractured? Oh, yeah!
Dems in 1968
Dems in 1972
GOP in 1976
Dems in 1988
GOP in 1992
Dems in 2000
GOP in 2008

That's national. The fractures in the states weren't always in the same years and were different. Some were much worse than the national splits.

As you can see both parties have headed toward the present severe divisions within them for a very long time. They follow the gradual collapse of the middle class.

He was in fact, their last hope and it was futile. They had extended their existence by gerrymandering, voter suppression and outright fraud and the curtain is now coming down on their last act. The dinosaurs of politics. Those with humanitarian ideals, rather than self-centered greed, are rising.

Redistricting, where it was controlled by Republicans, was controlled by Republicans because Democrats lost state houses and governorships before the districts were redrawn.

Of course, Democrats are going to scream foul anytime they lose an election, so your claim of gerrymandering, offered without credible proof, is just an excuse for losing and a refusing to take a long, hard look at your party's policies and corrupt practices.

Ditto for alleged voter suppression, i.e., voter ID laws.

As for fraud, you might be on to something since what is factually voter fraud in most states has recently become legalized ballot harvesting in California.

Can't have fraud if the fraudulent act isn't legally fraud.

Having said all that, when was the Republican Party destroyed?

Couldn't have been during the Obama years because the Democratic Party's relative strength was reduced to a level not seen since the 1920s when Obama was in office.

But if you mean now, during the Trump Administration, the only party that is broken is the Democratic Party.

They are desperately trying to prevent the nomination Bernie Sanders, again.

In fact, they are so desperate to stop Sanders that they have gone all-in with a 77-yr-old that doesn't where he is and often sounds very confused.

The reason they are so desperate to stop Sanders is because his nomination virtually assures a second term for Trump.

The reason they selected Biden to stop him instead of a less confused candidate is because they have to get blacks to the polls in large numbers to even have a shot and Biden is the only that can do that.

Have you EVER seen something more fractured than the current Democrat party?

There are all kinds of fractures in this country, not just with the Democrats. Political, racial, economic divisions all over the country. And remember, the Civil War took place nearly 160 years ago.

To the extent this is true, whose fault do you think it is?
