What is Joe Biden alleged to have done wrong? In other words, can you identify a specific act or omission by Joe Biden that is alleged to have been corrupt or illegal?

On 15 June 2018, after the Solomyansky District Court in Kyiv had annulled the ruling of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAP) to close a criminal proceeding against him in 2017, Zlochevsky was accused of having illegally issued, while he was Ecology Minister in 2010–2012, oil and gas licenses to the companies that belonged to him.[25] According to Ukrainian authorities Zlochevsky is suspected of "theft of government funds on an especially large scale".[26] Authorities said the criminal investigation on suspicion of embezzlement is currently on hold because Zlochevsky whereabouts cannot presently be determined.[27] As of 2019, Zlochevsky is reported to live in Monaco.[28]

Above, I have cited a far right conservative source, a somewhat neutral source, and 2 left leaning sources. I can find many more sources from all sides of the political spectrum, so attacking all sources is futile. It is fact, no matter who is reporting it, or deciding not to report it, that the Biden's are under federal investigation.

The Feb. 13 briefing by top election security officials at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) to the House Intelligence Committee reportedly prompted Trump to berate now-former acting DNI Joseph Maguire, accusing him of disloyalty for allowing the briefing.
