When else has this type of rhetoric been used against Supreme Court Justices by a Senator in the last 3 years.

By a senator, no. But there has been a lot of hateful rhetoric tweeted out there that has been ignored. You can let go of your pearls now. He apologized.

Oh Stop.

You know it was reprehensible for a US Senator, let alone the minority leader of the Democrats in the US Senate to threaten those justices like that.

Stop tying to put icing on it.

So why pretend Roberts comments are surprising, or that some randoms tweeting is the same as the senate minority leader doing something worse.

A very puerile case of whataboutism.

Surely Schumer had some price in mind when he said it. What could it have been? Or is he just saying nasty threats because he is a nasty jerk?

If the dems take back the Senate, they can censure or start impeachment proceeding against the two justices. Even if the two men are not impeached in the House, the dems can conduct a public hearing where they repeat the disgusting Kavanaugh hearings and destroy both men's character.

That's what Schumer can potentially do.

This argument of yours is getting really silly, is it okay in your view for Schumer and any other member of Congress to threaten SCOTUS justices? Never mind, I'm done even responding to you.

Schumer now uses “Brooklyn” as the excuse for threatening two SJ associates! Wow.

Trump is probably not the best arbiter of threats or stupid statements.
