Regardless of the supreme court decision women will continue to have abortions, poor women will need to self abort or travel out of state. You want to make it 1970 again, were you around for the good old days.
Middle class and wealthy women will continue as usual at the hospital of their choice. How does shutting down these clinics make even make remote sense with Medicaid births at around 40%, yet here they are making impediments to poor women so they can become life long burdens to society regardless of their choice to terminate.
You seem to have a great deal of faith in our foster care system, I do not.
