A Terrible Toll' – 61 Million Abortions Since Roe, New Analysis Says
How many before Roe?
Because abortion has always been legal in some states - CA and NY, for instance.

Roe V Wade took the right to deny away from the states. I think some day it will be reversed and states will go back to self determination.

The Almighty totally did. I read it in a best-selling book that was written a long time ago, so obviously, it’s true.

Im not an expert in biology, but I did pass it in high school. A pregnant woman is always carrying a human fetus.

The US legal question is When does a fetus acquire the rights of a citizen? Roe v. Wade recognizes the birth of the fetus (when it becomes a baby). Roe also recognizes fetal viability as a marker.

That is not true. You need to go back & see what Roe v. Wade actually sets forth. The states are free to restrict abortion altogether in the third trimester of the pregnancy, except for the life of the pregnant woman (& even then, she may choose to go forward with the pregnancy).

Further, the states may begin to control access to elective abortion, if they choose to do so, upon the second trimester.
