https://ivarfjeld.com/2013/07/31/fal...homosexuality/
I don't think Homosexuality was the reason for the fall of the Roman Empire and its implications on the United States. As someone who is an avid fan and an avid worshipper of Ancient Greece and Rome. The Romans were a very conservative people and many Romans like today all over the world frown upon homosexuality. Rome fell twice. The Roman Republic fell which gave way to the Empire, and the Empire fell which gave way to the Eastern Roman Empire and the Germanic nations which gave way to nations like France, Spain and England. Visigoths created the Spanish state, Francs created France, and the Anglo Saxons set up England. While Italy remained dived well into the modern period.

Roman Empire fell due to mass migration at its borders, constant civil wars and failures to pick a successor, the split between East and Western half's further plunged the Empire into a decline, Christianity which was a very liberal religion at that time helped the Empire decline because Christianity challenged traditional Roman norms, and also Christians in the Roman empire fought against other Christians on the nature of Christ. The Roman military was over extended, and the Romans used too many Germans in its military units instead of Romans. Rome had to face multiple enemies like the Huns on one flank, and the Persians on the other flank while migrants poured across the Empire looking for resettlement. Goths will settle in Spain and Italy, Vandals in North Africa, and Francs settled in Gaul modern day France.

When I look at Roman history. I can see the parallels between the Roman Republic and the American Republic especially in the late stages of the Roman Republic. Trump is a Billionaire, and in Republican Rome Crassus was a very wealthy Consul. Republican Rome also had social issues like constant slave revolts who wanted better treatment. Here in the United States and in much of the white Anglo Saxon West, you have LGBT, Women black and indigenous calling for equity, representation and inclusion. Late Republican Rome, Romans were interfering in Greco affairs of Selecuids in Syria and the Ptlomais in Eygpt. With bases in Syria in which can hault the Persians. Like how we have bases that hug around China and Russia. The Romans also had Maccabeans of Judea as a client state, just how we the United States have Israel ands a client state. Same way how the Romans replaced the Greeks as the masters of the Mediterranean, the Americans replaced the British as masters of the globe. If the American Republic falls, I would be similar to the fall of the Roman Republic.

The Roman Empire itself lasted up into 1453 during the beginning of the Italian Renaissance which was replaced by Ottoman Empire. During that time, nation states like Spain, England and France started to take and shape its form to what we see today. I don't think America wants to be an Empire, especially since America has challenged Empire, such as the British, Spanish, Germany, Soviet Union, Japan. The American Republic demise will be similar to that of the Roman Republic.

Please show me one factual source of information on how gay people are ruining this country. I fail to see how two people of the same sex being together affects your personal or professional life, or that of any American. If you don't support gay marriage, it's simple - don't marry someone of the same sex. Other than that, you're simply rejecting equal rights for a certain group of people. I thought this was the Land of the Freeâ„¢?
Ding!

And stay off gay porn sites.

Rome fell when it was at its most Christian state. Clearly the lesson is Christianity is a corrupting influence.

A lot of people don’t understand that Caesar Augustus overtly refused the dictatorship his entire life.

Nope, heterosexuals had the right to marry a person they were sexually attracted to. Homosexuals didn't.

Thus, your post is FOS
