Can we agree that Trump acted reckless in the way he downplayed this?

60,000 died of the flu. Hardly anybody knew that before coronavirus hit the news. But when this new virus became known, all the sudden, everyone is terrified, and everyone is a health expert, and a health nut. Americans poison themselves with terrible food, booze, drugs, we are guinea pigs for big pharma.. But because of coronavirus, everyone is a delicate flower and their body is a temple. Give me a break

1/2 of all Americans are projected to get cancer in their life. Most likely, they will be old by then. Just like how coronavirus mostly kills old people.

Getting into a car accident sucks no matter what. Such is life. Nobody alters their life over the very high probability that we will have a car accident sometimes in our life. More proof that the reaction to the virus was unnecessary and over the top. So many other things we deal with and don't even think about are more likely to totally screw up our lives or kill us.

But you dont understand what mortality rate is.

The people who are dying now are the cases Germany had a few weeks ago. Not the 20 000 cases they have now. Its not like people die in a matter of minutes after they catch the disease. It gradually destroys people's lungs. That's why 20% need hospitalization in order to breathe.

15 and going to zero - then going away in April. Probably. Some are saying. People are talking. It's unbelievable. I just found out people die from Flu. Did you know that?

As if on cue, Hobby Lobby (owner worth 6.4 Billion) says no sick leave for hourly employees (most all are hourly) and that they are going to have to "tighten their belts" in the weeks ahead.

What type of "faith" would suggest hoarding 6+ Billion dollars and then telling your employees to tighten their belts from their already low wages?

"Hobby Lobby owner David Green is telling store managers to stay open despite the pandemic because his wife had a vision from god.

He also warns they'll all have to "tighten their belts" soon. His net worth is $6.4 billion—hourly employees don't get paid sick leave. #COVIDIOT"

There's a lot of irresponsible hype and mass hysteria going on now that is setting a dangerous precedent.

It is clear now that the masses can be easily frightened into panic, and they can be ultimately lead to submission; if history repeats itself, this is not good news.

Critically thinking about all this: IMO viruses come and go; hide; mutate, and KILL people all over the world every year.

There's too much politics involved this year to ignore, and the globalists (Communists) are seeing their lies they were fed as the failed concept of Humanity as it IS!

This too, like the USSR, will pass as a forgotten pathogen; a scourge ignorant of Human nature.

"and 34,200 deaths during the 2018–2019 influenza season."

https://www.cdc.gov/flu/about/burden/2018-2019.html

And please, stop comparing with the flu, it is not the flu, it is much more serious than the flu, or are you one of those who thinks the entire world, from China, to Iran, to Italy, to the US, are cooperating in some grand conspiracy?

Wait and watch - and read the posts above....

This family had dinner on March 10 with an infected individual. Now 4 are dead and many others sick or in quarantine

https://www.nytimes.com/2020/03/18/n...ronavirus.html

That's less than two weeks.

The US deaths will, of course, trail the uptick by a couple weeks. No other result is possible. Sadly.

Did you know you could prevent yourself from getting the flu? Did you know that the Coronavirus is twice as contagious as the flu?
