Question re the six-feet "social distancing": Do they mean even for a few seconds?? I took a walk around my neighborhood this afternoon (about the only thing I can do), and people would pass by me on the sidewalk, and of course we were within 12 inches of each other, for a couple of seconds. At the grocery store this morning (yea! I got toilet paper!), I was with a group surrounding the toilet-paper-stockboy-stacker for the minute or so it took for me to move to the front and grab my package. And of course when I checked out, I was standing within two feet of the cashier for maybe three or four minutes. I mean, really, how can we avoid coming within six feet of people consistently?
Scarf Lady, the doctor that stands next to Trump in the pressers - She needs to put her scarf to good use and wear it as a mask.
Everyone in that room is risking catching the virus by #1) Being in the same room as Trump who hasn't completed a 14 day isolation after exposure and 2) not practicing social distancing because the press room is too small, and nobody at the WH has enough decency to get a larger space for the pressers so that social distancing can be practiced.
No wonder Trump has screwed up the response for the nation. Even with all the rules in place for the people to follow, he's still breaking these rules at the pressers.
Maybe she's covering up a scar.
