Don't know what finish strong means, but if we can keep the numbers around 15 / per million people, I'd say we are pretty darn lucky.

It spiked up big, but it didn't hit the support level of the last bounce before Friday's drop which is still an overall negative trend.

Personally I am not seeing how this changes the economic impact of having to shutdown for weeks/months, and I was tempted to sell and try to get back in lower... but I decided on a strategy when it started falling: buying on each large drop day and holding long term - so I'll stick to it.

Well when I was watching Trump speak, the Dow Jones was on the screen, and it was up 6% early in his conference and ended being up 9.36%.
