If Trump has the coronavirus (he did not look well last night) or gets it. Would he even make that public?
He should, he is a public figure and the public should have the right to know. Probably couldn't hide it anyway, because people will notice his absent from public, and speculations will be all over the place.

Five hundred and eighteen Filipino staff are under quarantine on board the MV Grand Princess, docked in the United States, after a passenger from a previous trip died from the coronavirus. The Philippines is currently seeking a self-isolation site for them. At least six Filipinos aboard the cruise ship have so far tested positive for the virus as well.
The government "could have been more proactive in removing them," finding quarantine sites, or providing assistance while they were abroad, Concepcion said, "but they received nothing until they were repatriated back to the country."
Why aren't the Filipinos treated like people and rescued off this ship?

You mean the poor and ignorant workers. There is only one species of human.
I know people living in China. Wuhan is still dealing with it but they have closed the temporary hospitals. Other parts of China are slowly getting back to normal.

US people on that ship were not treated as humans. Trump made clear he did not want them to disembark because it would cause a spike in numbers. As is, only those with symptoms have been tested. Most passengers and crew don’t have symptoms.
All passengers will be quarantined for 14 days at various military bases.
