Huh? You don't believe this is a pandemic? Did you just crawl out of a cave or something?

It is good news.

Quarantining a city of 12 million was a mitigating factor that would not fly in the US.

New research published Wednesday from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) supports Graham’s assessment. The study suggests the virus can live up to four hours on copper, up to a day on cardboard, and up to three days on plastic and stainless steel. The coronavirus can also live in the air for up to three hours, the study authors found.

So you could catch the virus sitting in a seat occupied by someone two to three days ago. So enjoy eating out at a restaurant, or exchanging money with someone delivering your food if you are betting home delivery.

The test does not help them, it helps the rest of the country by informing the authorities who is sick and needs to be isolated. There is no specific treatment for CV so knowing you have it does not change the medical outcome.

My sister is the head ER nurse at a Banner hospital here in AZ. She just told me tonight that in the past two weeks people with minor headaches or non life threatening symptoms show up to the ER demanding a Coronavirus test. She said the media is overblowing the situation and making too many people paranoid. She says her hospital has sufficient test kits, but you’re not going to get one simply walking in and asking for one because you have a cough.
Very few hospitals, even large hospitals had these kits a few weeks ago, even Quest labs didn't have them. They were blaming the CDC in testimony a few days ago but in testimony they indicated they were at the mercy of private labs to develop the test kits. Its really unacceptable that we are this far behind, the leadership should have been making sure we had enough test kits back in January or February.

Best way to start a panic is to run short on something. The kits wont substitute for isolation but it would sure give us a better idea of the spread.

You mean the leadership that was all over the impeachment, those leaders?

That is insane...I have a cousin who now has terminal cancer who, even though surgery could have removed the tumor is now dying because she opted to treat it with the snake oil you are talking about. It doesn't work for cancer and it won't work for covid 19.

Several reports said that Pelosi and Trump cabinet member and Treasure Secretary Steve Mnuchin were "very close" to striking a deal over the last 24 hours.

This morning, Mitch McConnel referred to the bill that Pelosi & Mnuchin negotiated as a "ideological wish list."

Didn't Trump just say 12 hours ago that we need to put the partisanship aside? Why is Moscow Mitch so quick to dismiss the deal that democrats negotiated with a top republican official?
