So if there are any hotel owners or hotel managers reading this with kitchens....
I have been thinking.
#1 If a hotel is stocked with food for 14 days.
#2 All staff are provided on-site accommodations
Then the hotel can advertise itself as a quarantine hotel.
Where I am coming from is there will be groups of travelers who would like to get on an airplane with other travelers if and only if everyone coming aboard has been isolated for 14 days. This would largely ensure that everyone aboard the plane including the crew who were also locked down, were virus free.
This would also be good for countries that want to open their borders to incoming traffic without having to risk hosting people in quarantine on their soil.
Whatinahell? Does he think submarines, tanks and bombs can be used to stop a virus?
No, he probably thinks our military has experience in setting up MASH style units and such.

So if I understand you correctly, we must make every mistake from past pandemics just because people before us made them. If that's the case, let's have a media blackout like the one during the Spanish Flu. Don't want morale to get too low
And for the record, where was that concert anyway?
Amazon WholeFoods in Dallas workers no gloves, wipes almost gone. No link, personal friend.
