What got shut down, and where do you live that there are no delivery services?
Delivery services are a BAD idea with the Corona Virus! You have no idea who handled it before its handed to you, (read up on how long the virus can live on objects!)

I can wipe down packages from the store, which I do, and then prepare food knowing exactly who has touched it and been involved in the preparation. Me. We have no way of knowing what kind of hygiene is practiced in the kitchens of restaurants, nor the health status of the staff touching the food you will eat. Not worth the risk.
I don't see anything there as being hateful, maybe it could have been stated more delicately, but it's true. You guys wanted to tear apart the system and you decided Trump was the one who could do it. You got your wish so now you have to deal with it. No pandemic response division in the US, political operatives with no knowledge of what they are supposed to be doing in charge of major parts of the government. Your President called this a hoax and refused free WHO tests. It is exactly what you wanted, I hope you are real happy.
Thats different, YOU are handling the items when you personally go shopping.
They don't magically appear on the shelf. Someone put them there.
Delivery would be better. Leave at door, no physical contact, open door, wipe down supplies, bring in house.
