Nah, probably a government school graduate.
I'm no supporter of Trump, he's every bit as much of a socialist as Sanders and the rest of 'em.

Correct.

They're all socialists.

We'll probably get health care reform, unemployment reform, education reform, everything reform.

Look at how many draconian anti-freedom edicts we got post 9/11. It's going to dwarf that.

No bailouts. Ever.

So what the hell will we get with the mindset of people in 2020 during Great Depression II? Will AOCs "Green New Deal" become a reality? Or something even more extreme than that?

Of course, all these policies will fail. The socialists will come in promising to remedy the "evils" of free market capitalism, when really all they'll do is complete the economic destruction of the USA.

1. QE infinity

2. repo market nationalization

3. helicopter money

4. negative rates

And Trump is crying for all of these "socialistic" policies. Don't fall prey to the false left/right paradigm. They are all one in the same and want more government consolidation and control.

As that great lover of economic freedom Milton Friedman once said, "We are all Keynesians now."

But no...this isn't socialism.

At some point Trump and his supporters need to man up and quit blaming the media, or 'liberals' for things which happen on Trumps watch, and especially for things which Trump is directly responsible for.

Trump is driving the hysteria and he is using the media to do it. The media didn't order travel ban, Trump did. The media is not demanding trillion dollar stimulus, Trump is. Planes are grounded, cruises canceled, restaurants closed, sports events canceled, Trump is telling people to not meet each other etc, but the media didn't do these things. The whole nation is one step from being under martial law / curfew, and its all done by the federal government, and local governments. Of course the media covers it, and will continue to cover until Trump silences them, and if he did, it would not surprise me one bit.

I have never seen this level of government intrusion in my life, although the USSR comes pretty close. They are taking absolute control of everyone's lives, and it took them only few weeks to accomplish it, and much like in full blown communism the leader says "don't worry, I will take care of you. I will send everyone a check of equal size". Not surprisingly, the pseudo conservatives are 100% on board praising "the leaders" every move.
