Instead of believing everything you hear on Fox News, do a little research.
The Obama administration acted almost immediately to contain the swine flu - there was no "lack of action." Too bad we can't say the same for the Trump administration's response to Covid-19.
The WHO offered a good coronavirus test to the US, but the US turned it down because Jared Kushner's brother works for a biotech firm involved in a rival testing procedure.
That alone doomed many people to sickness and death, and Trump should be held accountable for that kind of stupidity... all because Trump is a xenophobic egomaniac.
After reading many posts from libs, it appears as though they are squarely blaming the corona virus (which originated in China, mind you) and its economic impact on Trump.
How would Obama (or Biden) have prevented the corona virus and/or its spread to the US? How would they have prevented the economic impact (which is a consequence of isolation and reducing transmission) from the virus?
Does Obama/Biden have a secret vaccine they would have administered to every American?

Then he would have waved his magic wand, and made a few speeches into the teleprompter.
The media would have fawned on him and written only nice things. Chris Matthews might have even had a tingle in his leg.
The virus would have killed quite a few people, and the media would have given him an A plus for his efforts. Anyone who questioned it, would have been labeled a racist.

Actually I agree with you that Obama would have not stopped the flights from China, or at least delayed that decision. So I give the President credit for that. But as for his behavior throughout all of this I suggest you look at that YouTube above. There is absolutely no doubt that he mistakenly downplayed the risk in those critical first few weeks, that's having big consequences now as many still hear those words and insist we should still be going to work and stores.
Simple.. Have a plan and not call the virus a conspiracy hoax when its first here.. Would it not be here now if someone else was in charge? Probably not.. But it be far more controlled now
Would Obama have banned travel from infected regions? Hint-he refused to do so in '09-and we ended up with 12,000 Americans dead and 60 million infected as a result. Had he refused to do so this time-we can see what the likely results would have been, just by looking at Italy. Obama/Biden would never betray their SJW/Globalist agenda just to protect American citizens. The media would fawn over his sensitivity and label anyone that disagreed a racist. While undertakers work overtime.
Interesting isn't it that Trump is relaxing FDA rules and regulations in order to get medicines and treatment options out to the American public (and did so to finally get test kits out). How many regulations did Obama ever eliminate?
It is easy to play armchair QB and assume what would have happened. We could have stayed as normal and it would have been a catastrophe... who knows.
Yea, who knows. Lets shut down the economy, enact martial law and hand out a trillion dollars to people just in case. I mean....who knows. We could do this every time someone sneezes.
