I lost my regular/non cellular connection for a bit while trying to post the above ^^^^^ and, in the interim, posters on both ends of the spectrum have served to illustrate 'the who' of my point, and only a limited number of people would even have access to make the accusation.
In this context when Trump said Chinese he was referring to Communist China the nation, not ethnic Chinese people elsewhere. So when you Democrats criticize "Russian meddling" or "the Russians" do you mean every person of Russian ancestry? I happen to be of Chinese descent on my dad's side and we have no love for the Communist Party and we are strongly proud to be American, and we are strong Republicans and Trump supporters. They left China to escape from communism and socialism, people like you, Bernie, Biden, AOC and Pocahontas want to introduce communism and socialism to the USA.

Thank you. You show how stupid the criticism and faux outrage from enraged leftists is on this issue.

Note, this guy has a history of attacking the US online (https://www.the-scientist.com/news-o...onavirus-67267), so the fact that the PRC continues to let him operate as he does (and I don't recall any PRC leader coming out to condemn the accusations, which is damning in itself) is telling.

I also note that Twitter is banned as a general matter in the PRC. Only official government communications departments/agencies are allowed to use it.
My wife is Chinese (a naturalized U.S. citizen for some 18 years now), and keeps contact with her sister still in mainland China and many of their friends. WeChat is one of the most commonly-used platform, a somewhat Twitter-like app heavily used in China.

Se says that most Chinese civilians are quite sure that the rumor spread by the Foreign Ministry guy is true, and the coronavirus was brought to Wuhan by American agents, for the purpose of starting an epidemic.

the liberal left is not on the side of America.
That's because we are always the bad guy to Leftist period. It's amazing that they don't all move somewhere else, because it's always better there

Until and unless the Chinese provides proof of this, it is bogus IMO and not worthy of a serious response. What is clear is that China knew about this thing for months before the Wuhan outbreak began, but was quiet about it. If the US was to blame for this, something tells me that the Chinese government would be forcefully saying so (outside of this spokesperson) and that they would not have hid anything.

These WeChat stories sound like community gossip/rumor mill, and nothing more. While community gossip is problematic no matter where it happens, its even more of a problem when the government censors the kind of news coming in and out of a country.

The Chinese civilians in China and the Chinese Foreign Ministry are the Equivalent to hard core Democrats voters and the Democrat party and their DNC controlled News media. Democrats like Schick, AOC and Illness Omar throw crap out their like Fake Collusion, Jussie Smollet and Covington lies and the media just spews it across the airwaves, and the hardcore Democrat voters believe it hook line and sinker.

That's a broad brush comment. Not everyone in the liberal left feels the same.

And, AFAIK the red and yellow colors for the empire state building happens on Chinese New Year. Chinese New Year is a celebration of the Chinese culture, which is celebrated in many US cities. It's not an endorsement of the Communist Party of China. Chinese New Year and a lot of cultural aspects of China pre-date the Communist party. The latter is quite sad, but the entire culture of China shouldn't be disregarded.

Not because I give a horsepile about being pc, but because there are some real dumbasses out there who could easily be misled into thinking only Chinese people can get the virus.

And in turn, those idiots would ignore necessary precautions and put others at risk.
He's not wrong though. That is the part people are failing to see. This started in China. Checkout the articles that were shared above.

My father and his family left there to escape communism and socialism and they're all strong Republicans and Trump voters. The Chinese government oppresses its own people including Hong Kong, which has a puppet government controlled by Beijing and steals American secrets and jobs, and props up dictators around the world like Kim Jong Un, Nicholas Maduro, the Castro brothers and Assad.

I'm sure Bernie loves Communist China though. He really enjoyed the old Soviet Union which is what Communist China is modeled after in its government apparatus and internal politics.
Communism and Socialism are two different things. Social security is socialism, so is unemployment benefits, so is affirmative action, and liberal immigration policies that broke down the National Origins Act, allowing the Chinese to immigrate here.

It's stupid to lash out at trading partners that we are dependent on just because of one officials lack of courtesy.
And its because of liberal Democrats and the globalists in Washington that we are so dependent on China's industries, instead of making more things here at home. Its the Democrats who unfair trade agreements sent American jobs to China and to other foreign countries too, to the extent that there's hardly anything made in the US anymore.

The remaining blue collar industries in the US, like oil, petrochemicals, coal mining, and natural gas drilling are all under attack from the left. The left would have us dependent on the Muslim nations, Russia and Venezuela for our energy needs too.
