Hmmmmm, $2T divided by 330M (approx US population) means that every man, woman and child is on the hook for $6K+. And that's dividing it evenly across everyone, from newborns to the oldest person in the country.

That $1200 check doesn't sound so great now, does it?

We have about a $15 trillion trade deficit with China. Lets send them the bill. If this pandemic had originated from the USA, other countries worldwide would have their hands out for trillions of our US dollars.

and yet the far left liberals like Bernie Sanders want singlepayer or something near it which will cost 6+ trillion ANNUALLY

and considering there are only less than 100m tax payers..... hmm 6t / 100m = 60k tax bill to each taxpayer

Poll needs a "meh" option.

I'm not entirely against it in theory but I'd prefer to wait a bit and see how things pan out as far as the whole stimulus goes.

If this peters out faster than expected, it's a whole lot of money/debt being spent for nothing.

I'd like to see a mandate in the plan that puts any unspent funds back after a vaccine or other effective treatments become available.

I hear people ***** about how conservatives are hypocrites because this is socialism. Well, when the government shuts down your way of life. your job. It's not socialism. If they are keeping you from working they need to help you.
