I do have to say that Biden & Sanders both sound like bumbling, out-of-touch old men, compared to Gov Cuomo.

Yes, I have read that he's been doing a good job for NY, unlike Mayor De Blasio for NYC. Still, it's too late for him to jump into the primary race. He could run as an independent, I suppose, but I don't think that would work.
