His office is claiming he took the test out of precaution and went about his business. After he got the positive he immediately left.

Still jerky, just not the level of a jerk had he known he was positive and continued about his business.

If not CPAC(due to timeline), then who did Rand Paul have contact with that was positive? His staff has been working remotely for the past 2 weeks. Was he at Mar-a-Lago?

Out of precaution when millions cane't get test when they have symptoms and even when they are hospitalized.
