I heard an interview with the wife who is still alive. She said they heard Trump talk about that drug. They thought it would prevent them from getting the virus. So they took a very large amount (I don't remember the numbers) and basically overdosed on it. They weren't even sick.
When Trump talks in his word salad style, people pick up bits and pieces and then come to their own stupid conclusions. Words matter. Trump needs to shut up and let the doctors do the talking.

Yes, T has discussions with his medical experts. Maybe he even understands what they are telling him. But he has a very obvious problem when he tries to explain things. This is just one instance out of many where people misunderstand what he is trying to say.

That issue just buries the lead that this is a dangerous virus because it spreads multiple ways. The cases double every two to three days. Several governors say their healthcare system cannot handle it. All you and others do with your subterfuge is remove how important this battle is. If we do not flatten the curve enough, we will be in for a lot of trouble.

There are a lot of stupid people in this country. That is why it is so important for the President to speak clearly. And if he can't do that (if that is not one of his strong points) then he needs to leave it to the people who have the particular talent to be good explainers.
I hear that Fargo, N.D. and Lincoln, Nebraska have zero cases of this virus. Contrast that with the democratic controlled hellhole of NYC.
So Lawton and Enid, OK have zero cases, so far, but recently decided to shut down much of their towns. The Republican governor has said that counties that eventually get cases will have to shut down more.
