Outside of the hype, it's not that different from other state "stay at home" orders.
You can still go outside for activities as long as you maintain social distance (exercise, etc.). I'm pretty sure you can still go outside in order to go shopping for food or other essential activities. There's no social gatherings of any size in public. You can go home to home for specific needs like caring for family member.
Lol, yes. Rush songs have new meaning. This one is from Caress of Steel I think. A lot of 2112 would fit right now as well. Tales of a dystopian future.
Not really sure what the big surprise is. That has been the policy in several places for weeks now. "
Enforcement isn't supposed to be an issue - because people are supposed to WANT to do it, you know, to save lives and such.
Don't try to lump Trump into that group of losers. Trump was the one that took heat for putting a travel ban on China back in January. The rest of the political hacks and the media were spouting (paid) Chicom talking points. It's been acknowledged by all but a few total partisan leftist hacks that that decision likely saved thousands of American lives. Meanwhile, Europe allowed travel to flow unrestricted, and paid a heavy price as a result.
Don't forget to include Pelosi and AOC, who were encouraging Americans to visit Chinatown and calling Americans racist for not eating enough Chinese food. I'm sure they are on the Chicom payroll as well.
LOL Trump shut down the border late. An average of 14,000 people a day entered our country which was more than adequate to seed America with Covid. I'm sure you won't read the timeline of SARS in 2003 and how it was effectively stopped and how Trump failed to follow that playbook because "all the best people" were eliminated in 2018 with the disbanding of the pandemic response office. That will never fit your dear leader can do no wrong narrative. How about Trump cost tens of thousands of American lives by lying about this and gas lighting the rubes into believing that it was just a cold and only 15 cases? Yes AOC and any Democrat was wrong, wrong, wrong for treating this like it's nothing. If they are wrong then you have to agree that Trump is wrong for lying and not taking the Intel seriously. He was ill equipped to handle this because he had no experts in place that needed a lightening fast response to this when Intel warned in December that this could be bad. Oh and by the way. In July Trump eliminated key American public health positions in China to help detect disease outbreaks in China.
Reuters: Exclusive: U.S. axed CDC expert job in China months before virus outbreak." Without eyes and boots on the ground spying on China, how do you believe anything that comes out of their secretive mouths? The SARS CoV near pandemic in 2003 was a wake up call, that's why the pandemic team was in place. It was created after Ebola, and that also made it to American soil. Eliminating the pandemic office and removing key personnel from China? A huge mistake. Bigly ya think?

Fauci said this was no bigger problem than the flu
Pelosi told people to congregate in Chinatown
But of course only evil Drumpf had it wrong and everyone else got it right
She's been way behind on this and that's why Detroit is such a hot spot. MI had an election Mar 10th...OH postponed our election that was set for Mar 17th.
Sure there is, I bet they have surv cameras all over the city already, they also have local and state police, county deputies, sheriffs dept.
Were we late? Somewhat. As was all but less than a hand full of countries. Things like that happen when you are kept from anywhere near the full and complete picture for 2-3 months. That is best guess by many at this point. Could have started even sooner. But, not later as propagandized by the PRC.
Put start date at ~Mid-November, information about this virus made it into the PBC Mid-January.
