We are not prepared for war. The corporations have shipped everything óseas to get richer, and not to pay you, and now when there is a problem we are like well ?! God forbid if We speak evil of our corporations!
The corporations paid off the politicians to facilitate offshoring much of our manufacturing. Politicians on both sides took their cash, and made it happen. The top 1% are crushing the 99%.
Next, many service sector jobs will be automated out of existence.
In the end, the 99% will have to return to agrarian society to grow their own food, and provide for themselves. They will not have the means to buy goods and services anymore. The top 1% here will feed off the 99% in other countries...this has already begun with the multi-national corporations.
And, this is the best case scenario. You don't want to know the other possible scenarios.

The powers rigged the USA to fall and paved the way for China to be the new super power. Why do you think the corporate owned media along with politicians like Diane Feinstein (who just happened to have a Chinese spy driving her around for 20 years) are trying to get rid of America's second amendment?
You do know most of the traade deals etc were done with Republicans all on board in the past....right? Screaming that businesses needed to be left alone, and any suggestion otherwise was anti-capitalist right?
Yep, I wish people would wake up and realize both sides are doing the same thing, and tbey use division like blacks vs whites, gays vs straight, men vs women, and religions to keep us distracted from the fact we are getting screwed royally by both.
The US manufactures a ton of things. Including for example ventilators. See Zoll medical. This nonsense gets bandied about a lot, but we do in fact manufacture a ton of things. Weve moved lots of stuff overseas-no disagreement there, but we do still do a ton of manufacturing.

Big Business Interests was screaming for years they needed more economic freedoms to spread their wings in the pursuit of greater profits for upper management and shareholders while workers were **** on and forgot about their host country along the way.

This is exactly correct. The right vs left are just like prosecutors and defense attorneys. They put on a show during the trial but after hours they buy each other drinks and laugh at the things they got away with in court. They sold the entire ship while we were fighting over were to put the deck chairs.
Get rid of the regulatory state and it will happen. Taxes arent the way.
It doesn't matter.
It will always be cheaper under a Communist country vs a Capitalist country where people have rights and freedoms.
