LOS ANGELES - In a sit-down interview with FOX 11, Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva declared gun stores as nonessential businesses that will be forced to close.
Sheriff Villanueva also said he’s adding 1,300 deputies to patrol, that he’s released 1,700 nonviolent inmates from county jails, and criticized how local politicians have handled the messaging behind the numerous stay-at-home orders.
How soon they forget, it was local gun stores that armed the cops with effective weapons in the North Hollywood shootout. Now wasn't that sumpin?
During the Rodney King riots the cops were useless. And citizens who weren't armed were screwed. Now cops in CA are trying to deny people arms in a crisis. Which is all this amounts to.
Some Sheriff being a satrap. Trying to rule his little fiefdom. Maybe impress the sultan in Sacramento. Score some Brownie points.
I'm SO glad I'm not in CA. Folks I know over the hill that way are hating life.

Wow! If you don’t have a safe you had better stash your firearms well. Lawbreakers will get guns no matter how. Stay safe.
Staying at home, working at home a criminal's chances just got worse.
