For starters she would NOT dissolve the Pandemic Response Unit.
Second, she would focus on the pandemic instead trying to save the stock market like rate cuts and corporate tax cut.
Third, she would not call the pandemic a hoax.
Fourth, the Democrats had a budget to fight the virus on early Feb, she would have accepted the money instead of turning it down like Trump did.
Fifth, she would have imposed tighter restriction on traveling.
Sixth, she would have grasped the situation much sooner than Trump.

The ONLY thing Hillary's GOOD at is blaming everybody ELSE for both of her defeats! Democrats have only themselves to blame for their plight! Poor leadership from the top down, and having NO PLATFORM, other than "Let's BASH, impeach, and ridicule TRUMP!!" EVERY CHANCE we get!! Americans may not like Trump, but he's doing a GREAT JOB as president, under very dire circumstances! Hindsight is definitely 20/20, (as in Trump 2020) Apparently, only Democrats have 20/20 vision. But Republicans and Independents have 2020 VISION!! Back in January, China purposely downplayed their virus numbers, AND said it had everything under control---so not to worry. Sadly, Trump accepted China's reporting as truthful. Never again, hopefully!! In January, Trump also wanted to avoid panic by saying what he said. He was being presidential in doing so. Since then, Trump, Pence, and others have made DRAMATIC and tireless efforts to save American lives!! Trump's definitely not a smooth talking politician, that's for sure! And his words aren't always politically correct, or chosen wisely. He's brash, and unlikeable by many, but he's doing a terrific job as our duly elected President of the United States! There is NO Democrat, none whatsoever, that would do any better under the circumstances!! To include dealing with North Korea, Russia, China, Iran, etc. ALL at the same time, while having to deal with this pandemic!!
Meanwhile, the Dems are souring on their Biden/Female VP offering, and setting smooth-talking, "presidential," Cuomo up as Biden's replacement. To the Dems that are bashing Trump as being too late to address the Coronavirus issue, I ask what you say about Cuomo in New York, Edwards in Louisiana, and the Democrat "leadership" in other hard hit states? Why have THEY waited so long to act? Why are THEY STILL making poor decisions costing MANY lives in THEIR states?? Keep in mind that Trump is helping save lives in ALL 50 STATES!! Wake up, America! The socialist Dems are the REAL PROBLEM! For the past almost 4 YEARS the Dems ONLY "platform" for our country is BASH Trump! Enough already!!
I feel like she would had left the borders open way later than Trump did. She wouldn't had done the China and Europe travel ban claiming it was "xenophobic." I feel like we would be MUCH worse than we are right now.
She would do whatever the Chicoms told her she had to do. When it appears inevitable that the virus would spread, she would escape to her underground labyrinth where she would consume large amounts of alcohol and mutter "what difference does it make" when briefed on the number of Americans sickened and killed by the virus. That pretty much sums up how that would go. And if anyone challenged her, she would immediately refer to them as a "misogynist".

I'm sorry but I keep seeing her role in Benghazi in my head which negates most of the what she would do in your post.
And no she would have stepped back and not involved herself until it was at her doorstep. The only thing I agree with is that she wouldn't appear on TV - just like she didn't appear when she lost the election because she was drinking her sorrows away.
Hillary was not an effective Senator here in NY - she would not have been an effective President. People owned her and she owed them so don't think things would be any better under her watch.
What’s funny about this thread is that is basically says: “We can’t handle the fact that our idol Trump is sucking at this coronavirus thing, so to make ourselves feel better we have to construct alternative imaginary realities that would have been worse.” Face it: If Trump were demonstrating just a wee bit of competence, there wouldn’t be threads like this.
