It isn't the previous admins, Trump knew this could be a possibility when he took office. Ebola happened already and had some U.S. healthcare workers get sick both abroad and here. Trump had been president three years, you mean to tell me other presidents are the fault the stockpile is out not even a month into this? No THIS IS TRUMP'S FAULT.
It was the fault of previous President's administrations. The reluctance to restock PPE was going on after they used some of the stock during SARS, and then again during H1N1. They did not resupply the national stockpile. Since 2003, the CDC has been told time and time again that there was a grossly insufficient supply of ventilators, and yet they never did anything about it.
This is not Bush's fault, not Obama's fault, and sure as hell is not Trump's fault. The blame falls squarely on the career professionals who ran the CDC, NIH, HHS, and HLS for the past two decades. It's their job, and they failed us.
Flights leaving Detroit today 70% of scheduled flights.
Now think about that, Michigan has 7600 confirmed cases. Every flight likely has at least one Covid 19 case aboard.
They don't know it and are actively infecting other passengers in a confined space.
I count right now 2 planes flying over the Philippines versus almost 50 in the air over Florida alone.
The US has and is still doing very little to contain this virus.
The thing about this information is that it does not show the number of people on the planes. Many could just be going to the next location for the first flight tomorrow.
Good Lord. This pandemic "it will happen one day" goes back to 2002 and the SARS outbreak.
The national stockpile has been the last thing on anyone's mind in DC for probably the last 50 years or so.
Good Lord, Trump has been in office three years. That means he had three years to plan and he failed. Bush worried more about wars on terrorism and got lucky. Obama said we needed to act after Ebola and somehow it didn't happen. Trump has far more time to prepare. To shift the blame on other admins, comes off as nothing but a cop-out.

You would have no way of knowing that since it wasn't discussed on "The View"
Today we learned Dr. Fauci now needs a protective detail.
What is wrong with these people.
Just because he would correct trumps lies and false hoods.
Perhaps some of those who started threads and/or responded, with their own insults and smears, on this forum, are better able to answer that question. Threads such as:

Great job, by those who have demeaned and denigrated this distinguished expert and highly respected public health official. Are you happy, now?
