More people are projected to die in FL than in CA. Hopefully the extra 2-3 weeks of economic activity was worth it to the people who refused to stay at home.
I'd be willing to bet that in a month, Florida will at least, surpass NJ, if not NY, in Covid-19 cases. Governor Dimwit has sealed their fate. By June, "the Villages" will be a giant "Village of the Damned".
That will be the day, plus all of their intolerant church-going brethren.

Millions of Florida residents are about to pay the price for their political choices. The question is, will they learn from it as they are starving because Scott deliberately cut off access to unemployment to them so his numbers looked good? My guess is no.

The government stole the surplus the Boomers put into the SS and spent it on something else turning it into a deficit like they've done everything else.

Florida's unemployment process is a nightmare. Even when you put in absolutely correct info, it says it is not correct and kicks you out. Then you have to try to call them, and that is nightmare number two.
They purposefully made it impossible to navigate so a lot of people would simply give up trying.
They had the swiftest, quickest, immediate shutdowns ... and have 30,000 cases in a state of 8 million. Case numbers continue to climb ...
