It's a calculated use of violence to create fear in a population and bring about a particular political objective. Hence why people are considering these incidents related to the CCP.
People have been describing these individuals as Chinese CCP agents. They appear to be purposefully trying to infect surfaces in public places. What do you think?

These clips appear to be from somewhere in Australia. We DK when they were filmed. The woman with the bag may have been shop lifting, or not.
It will certainly be treated as domestic terrorism. I have no idea whether any of them have any particular political goals. I suppose just wanting everyone to die and the world to burn is it's own political goal, so it probably also counts as terrorism.
That's not the way the justice system in the US works. You are (supposed to be anyway) innocent until proven guilty.
So still your "no" answer is incorrect because I posed a hypothetical question, and these individuals may have not gone through the justice system yet. So hypothetically, if that was their true intent found by the courts, the answer would be yes. But we are not sure so we can only speculate at this point.
