Assuming President Trump is this powerful being, could you enlighten us on how he will manufacture the people to maintain the ventilators and the people on them. You don't just put a patient on and you're done.

Use his constitutional power to order the manufacture of ventilators, training will follow. Where are the PPE for medical professionals begging for them?
All of a sudden he has no power now?
He can do a lot that he is tefusing to do because he simply does not believe all lives should be saved.

Training will follow? You make it sound like its as simple as ordering out lunch.

Is it even possible this is due to the lack of will to save lives? To simply let the old and sick die?
I posted a comment in reply to some post on another site back in early February that if anyone reading it had control of a manufacturing facility, or influence over someone who did, they were insane if they weren't already retooling to produce medical supplies.

It shouldn't take the government seizing control of a company for our manufacturers to step up.

I won't even get into what's wrong with your proposal, though.

People complain about Trump being some kind of tyrant, and then turn around and demand he be a tyrant.

By your own stats 20 to 50% don’t.

Trumps daily news conference is becoming a psychodrama. He gives this rosy picture of the governors all being very grateful and happy and praising him for all the stuff he has given them. Then the reporters ask him why medical professionals are struggling to get what they need to save lives, including their own, and he gets very, very, very angry. Truth hurts.

That's like suggesting Roosevelt shouldn't have asked congress to declare war on Japan because it was up to the governor of Hawaii to assess the damage and report same before doing so.

No hospital, city, county, state or country was/ is prepared for a once in a hundred year global pandemic.

It was not on the Trump Admin’s radar in 2017, 2018, 2019 or the first 2 months of 2020.

Telling states to find their own created a situation that put states into competition with each other and FNMA and the world. That’s an absence of federal leadership- a serious low point.

Parading you’re SIL on the daily televised Trump 2020 Campaign rally and have him let loose with the federal stockpile is ours, not the states, is another serious low point.

Updating the Federal Government’s website to reflect what SIL said, is digging your heels into the muck.

This is why our president is getting very, very angry at journalists and is calling them names. He is very creative with his insults, you can say that for him.
